Semiotic work. Objects I have made that look like a simplified version of japanese geta sandals. They double as trays on which a sweet called Muhallebi is presented. My armenian great-grandmother often made this cake in her high-rise kitchen in a fisher's village turned tourist trap, Varna, Bulgaria. Over the video I have mixed self recorded sounds from Japan and Berlin with Britney Spears' song 'I'm a slave for U'.
